Chandigarh University Cutoff 2026

Chandigarh University sets cutoffs for 2025 admissions using multiple entrances like JEE Main for BTech, CUCET for MBA, MCA, BBA, and most UG/PG streams, plus NCHMCT JEE for hospitality, keeping thresholds low to welcome applicants with 50% eligibility in prior qualifications.

JEE Main's CSE closing rank eased to 63,416 for general category, making tech entry more feasible, while CUCET's 30% minimum score qualifies all for counselling, with 90%+ unlocking full scholarships.

These patterns, influenced by 15% seat hikes and moderate exam papers, open pathways for balanced scorers in management and IT too, with July-August rounds assigning seats via merit.

  • JEE Main 2025 highlights CSE's demand at 63,416 closing rank is down 21% from 2024's 80,940.
  • NCHMCT JEE cutoff for the year 2025 for BSc Hospitality made a very minimal year-over-year shift for general quota.

As I am in 3rd semester right now there are many things I have seen, viewed and experience till now. There are many positive and negatives points about my college. On positive aspect it is a place that offers various kinds of opportunities like exposure, participation in various hackathons, workshops and we can get to connect with many people. On academic perspective is has classrooms having both whiteboard and projectors which helps students to understand concepts better, also the course structure is planned accordingly to the required industry needs. On negative aspect it has strict rules regarding attendance (75%), they take fees only on cash even though their is option for online fee payment but that never works, as it has huge campus walking from one place to other takes time event though e-rickshaws are available but they take money.
